Will you put no text adjuncts? Would be great if you did, it would be the section that would fail to translate and completeness. In other words, put no text adjuncts, I beg you …
By the way, you made a masterpiece!
Thanks, I will eventually put up no-text versions I think.
master.. could you send me no-text adjuncts to my email account..? please.. i’ll die if it isn’t possible…
one of my dreams is to have this in a print version
Me too. Me too.
Seriously, how has Bungie/343i not made this canon yet?
Your detail and storytelling matches and surpasses the other writers for the official stuff.
I honestly think they’ll, at some point, get you to commission your work in hardback. Probably have 2-3 comics together to prove just how good you are, all in 1 book.
Keep faith that it’ll happen some day.
Ah, ah, ah… I see some 7 references! I also see a tribute to a very important person in HBO! You and your works in DA are awesome. Keep up the good work!
Cool, that hostage situation, nice info…clever plan she had…clever.
Hey Leviathin. I love the adjunct section.
You removed faces of a ghost? I was about to read it again today.
How the heck did you read it in the 5 minutes I had it up, hah?
It will be back up shortly. I wanted to re-read it and wasn’t sure if it was ready for release.
I was able to read it during that time because I clicked on it during that time and it loaded up, by the way that section is epic.
Good to see you managed to find a loophole in the “Emile having a skull carved helmet before Thom’s death” scenario while at the same time increasing Emile’s awesomeness.
P.S. Yeah, sydney!
Nice, love the viper helmet odst, keep up the good work!
Have you considered getting this published yet? I would say it’s easily on par with the Halo: Genesis graphic novel that was released with Halo Wars, perhaps even better. When it’s done, I reckon you shouldn’t have any problem selling it, I know I’d definitely buy it (if I wasn’t broke)
He can’t. That would be illegal. He would be making money off someone else’s copyright.
This is true, but I appreciate the support.
There will be a hardcover edition available for a charity auction, though, in a month or so.
Perhaps I can make this legit someday and get it mass-printed.
Maybe Frankie is waiting for you to finish to ask, eh? I hope he is.
Hell, just send it to him, whether he asks or not. I’m sure he’d appreciate the masterful story and art, at the very least. 343i would be missing a very nice opportunity by canonizing this and endorsing it. The only problem being that they might have to have this taken down if they get this going to print.
So Emile inspired others, guess noble was declassified after the war.
Maybe not everything… some things. The writer of this book is putting 2 and 2 together and inferring much of his history.
Wow, love the work you put into this although judging by the new homepage for this 343I hasn’t said yes (yet *hopefully*)
lol at the AI with the beanie and scarf
Sorry, not AI, super superintendent
heh, he’s still an AI. Just a ‘dumb’ one. Kalmiya and Cortana probably picked on him in AI school.
Still an A.I
Wow, Levi. This was great. I waited until it was complete to read it, and you have created one of my favorite pieces of Halo lore to date! That last Adjunct from Kalmiya was so touching that I almost teared up. You have breathed a life into these characters that will never be extinguished from my memory. Thank you for one of the best stories I’ve ever read.
I’m glad you liked it Orero! Thank you for the kind words.
Just read the last added adjunct, city of life and death. Is there a possibility of you doing a future halo reach project hidden in there? Or were you refering to some other halo media?
The last bit about “Uncles and aunts, brothers and sisters” refers to the Spartan IIs that Master Chief sent to ground to protect the planet (which is also referenced in the credits section of AFoA).
As for anything else, well… I’ll just leave that up to your imagination.
Mind-blowing, and rather emotional. So great and yet so saddening to see this fantastic journey finally reach it’s conclusion. Such an achievement. You must be overflowing with pride!
Quick question… were there hints to Dr. Who in the last adjunct? Namely the “door once opened can be entered from either side” and “something borrowed/something blue”?
Thanks. I’m pretty proud of it. A little hollow and sad too. I’ve never finished such a big project like this that I actually cared so much about.
Those were not intentionally hints at Doctor Who… but I am a big fan, so I’m sure it leaks through sometimes.
please.. put up the adjuncts without text.. it’s not for my benefit.. or earn a penny for translating.. is for my spanish-speaking community.. who for many circumstances not have the time to learn the english above…
thanks anyways …
It’s not as simple as throwing up no-text versions of the comic pages. Much of the text has been especially formatted and modified for these pages. In a sense, the text in the adjuncts are half of the visuals.
If I find a solution to this issue, I’ll let you know.
Oh wow. Even at the end you still keep throwing surprises. Sorry this story is over but on the other hand can’t wait to see what you do next.
I was wondering whats next?
Getting some non-Halo work done is next. Like my Anubis comic.
But after that? There is a little Halo-something I’m going to do. It’s not a comic tho, but there will be lots of visuals. Watch the front page’s news feed.

For crying out loud man! You are a genius – the subtle hint of fading to white on the Catherine adjunct – the way the SuperIntendant’s words were structured – it is beautiful, sad but beautiful. Bravo, the comic and the adjunct is amazing in so many ways. For me it holds a rather special place in my heart. Your artistry is also very unique, something to be envied or striven for and so very realistic with an expressionistic darker hint of underlying story. Also, your presentation of the art is almost always clever, with some subtle detail which will have the view looking back to find what hey have missed – masterful indeed. Thank you very much for putting your skill and passion out there.
Regards,
C. Luke
Sorry, *viewer and *they
Sorry for the delay in replying, but thank you very much for the kind words. I’m glad you noticed all those little things, as those are some of the most rewarding things to create for me. I really wanted it to be a rich and deep experience.
I also fell in love with the ability that the Adjuncts have of interconnecting things and tying a few knots that the main comic story didn’t have the space or pace to do. I think whatever I make next, whether it’s Halo or something of my own creation, it will have something similar to the adjuncts.
Love the doctor who reference.
Where is it?
Awesome this was very well done hope one day I can get this as a full comic book thanks for this great story
